Have you heard about the National College Health Assessment (NCHA) Survey? Your response is important to us! San Francisco State University depends on guidance from students like you.
Make an impact for current and future students by taking the NCHA Survey, which will be used to develop new wellness programs and services that are meaningful for our campus.
Complete the survey today to be automatically entered in a random payment compensation drawing!
The NCHA Survey is the only large-scale health assessment that guides programming, resources, and services of the student health fee. Sharing your experience makes it possible for the campus to use the student health fee to create programs and services that represent your community’s needs and wants. The NCHA is administered every 2-3 years across the CSU system at the same time and covers a wide range of topics from mental health, sexual health, substance use, basic needs, and sexual violence.
The NCHA Survey will open on Wednesday, April 15, 2026, and will close on Sunday, May 3, 2026. Students are randomly selected and will receive an email invitation from Dai To, Associate Vice President of Disability Access and Student Well-being.
If you are selected to take the survey, please follow these steps:
- Open your SFSU Email
- Search for An Invitation for [Your Name] from Dai To, Associate Vice President of Disability Access and Student Well-being at San Francisco State
- Access your individualized link from the email
- Take the entire survey
In appreciation for participating, each student who completes the survey by the May 6th, 2026 deadline will be automatically entered in a payment compensation drawing. We will be giving away:
- 3 SF State tuition payments (worth $1,000 each)
- 25 Amazon gift cards (worth $100 each)
- 2 MacBook Neo (256 GB)
