Mental Health

Tending to your mental health is one of the most important things you can do to take care of yourself in college. SF State has various different services and programs ranging from individual counseling to centers for learning more about health.

On-Campus Resources

Talking to a mental health provider can be helpful when you need support. Professionals, like doctors, counselors, or psychiatrists, can make recommendations for managing and treating stress, depression, anxiety, and other self-care practices. In addition, learning about mental health can support wellness promotion and build life skills for challenging times.
